"The driver did not have any ID and the car was not obviously a taxi. While this didn't bother me, it could make some people nervous, especially if travelling alone. I wasn't given details of the driver or car before being picked up (as far as I can see).
The cost was perhaps a bit high.
The actual trip, driver, timing etc. were great."
